In-Store / Local Pickup Information
Welcome! We offer convenient In-Store local pickup for your online orders.
This option allows you to get your items quickly without waiting for delivery.
How It Works

Shop Online: Browse our website and add items to your cart.

Select Pickup at Checkout: Choose the "In-Store Pickup/Store Pickup/Self Pickup" option under shipping methods during checkout.

Await Confirmation: You will receive an initial order confirmation, followed by a separate "Ready for Pickup" notification (via phone call, whatsapp message, email or text message) once your items have been packed.

Orders are typically ready for pickup and some product ready within 1 hr.
(Prebuilt CPU & Desktop Pc set will take 1-2 days for ready to pickup)

Collect Your Order: Once you receive the "Ready for Pickup" notification, visit our store during the designated hours to collect your purchase.
Kindly Note-
If you live outside the city/village/town and you are going to come to Chennai in a few days, then you can order the product and contact us immediately, we will prepare your product and keep it separately, after that whenever you come to Chennai, you can come to our store and collect your product immediately.
What to Bring

Order Confirmation/ID: Please bring a copy of your "Ready for Pickup" notification (digital or print) and a valid photo ID.

Authorized Pickup: If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, they must have a copy of the "Ready for Pickup" notification and their own ID, along with a brief authorization note from you (the original purchaser).
